My purpose in writing this letter is to bear witness to the professionalism, personal character and integrity of Ed Haleman. About 3 years ago my wige and I needed to sell our home and purchase another one. Since we had known Ed Haleman for about 4 years we decided to use him as our realtor.

As we entered into the process, we were very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and skill with which Ed went about his work. We had used another realtor years before but as we began to watch and listen to Ed it became clear that he was extremely good in his field. He initially spent a lot of time listening and asking questions to find out what our needs and desires were. Once Ed had a feel for what we wanted he went to work. He gave us good and reasonalble input as to how we could make our current home more marketable. The market was not particularly good at the time and our type of house was not exacly in big demand, but Ed worked hard and eventually located a buyer. That turned out to be the easy part.

My wife and I had a lot of expectations for the home we wanted and limited financial resources. Ed spent and incredible amout of time patiently showing us homes and continuing to listen as we modified our expectations. We wondered if Ed was going to get frustrated and fed up with us but, if he idid, it never showed on the outside. Ed worked very hard for us and he certainly had several opportunities where he could have pushed us just to "make the sale", but Ed clearly had our best interests in mind.

Ed persisted and was able to locate a greeat property that not only exceeded our expectations but was also within our financial range. It seemed like Ed was soon going to be able to close the deal and move on but that was not to be the case. To make a long story short, Ed navigated through a vast number of problems, delays and unique siturations to finally get us into our new home.

In all that time and with all the problems we encountered, Ed never once faltered in his professionalism and person character. He functioned with the highest integrity and clearly put our needs and desires first. We have referred several of our friends to Ed and many have expressed sincere gratitude for leading them to a realtor who kept their interests in mind and worked hard to get them into the home they wanted.

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much we enjoyed working with Ed Haleman last year when we sold our condo and purchased our first house. Ed ws recommended to us by a good friend and we were quite thankful for the recommendation.

We were quite impressed with Ed from start to finish. He alwyas conducted himself in a very professional manner. He never made any comments about a property while we were there nor did he say anything until we voiced our opinions. He never did anything unethical, nor did he ever make a derogatory comment to us or in the front of any owner of a house and/or their realtor. He never once used profanity in our presence. On one occasion, an owner made a rude comment to Ed about our fast walk through, but Ed was quite calm and polite in his reponse.

Ed always made good suggestions to us and never once tried to steer us in the wrong direction. With Ed's expertise, we were able to sell our condo within a week and find a house within a month.

Due to the excellent and extremely professional manner in which Ed conducted himself, we have recommended him to other individuals. If we ever decide to move from our present house, we wouldn't hesitate to call him to assist us once again.
